ApplianceCare Connect is a referral service that connects homeowners and residents with independent third-party appliance repair service providers. ApplianceCare Connect does not perform repairs directly. All service arrangements, scheduling, diagnostics, and pricing are agreed upon directly between the customer and the independent service provider.

2. Customer Responsibility

Because all repair services are performed by independent third-party providers, customers are solely responsible for evaluating the provider, confirming pricing, reviewing any applicable terms or credentials required in their jurisdiction, and entering into any service agreement directly with that third-party provider.
